COVER DESIGN SERVICES

  1. FantasyCoverDesign.com designs premium and professional e-book and print covers for authors and publishers across the world.

  2. FantasyCoverDesign.com’s fee for the design of a book cover includes the services outlined in it's packages here: https://www.fantasycoverdesign.com/fantasy-book-covers-custom-covers

  3. Additional materials outside of those packages may be purchased for an additional cost.

PAYMENT

  1. The client agrees to pay an initial deposit of half (50%) the total cost before work will begin on the project. The remaining balance is due upon approval of final book cover design.

  2. FantasyCoverDesign.com will not release finished files to the client (or other parties at the request of the client) until final payment has been received. The final payment is also considered final approval of the project, and this contract will be considered fulfilled and thus, terminated, upon payment.

  3. Once the final design has been delivered to the client, FantasyCoverDesign.com retains the right to use the client’s final book cover design, name, and book title in its portfolio and to market and promote its services.

  4. If the client would like FantasyCoverDesign.com to withhold the use of the cover in its promotional material until the release date of the novel, it is the responsibility of the client to submit the request to FantasyCoverDesign.com.

  • If the project is cancelled within one week (7 days) of the project start date, the client agrees to forfeit 25% of the project’s total sum (half of the 50% deposit).

  • If the project is cancelled by the client on or after the project’s scheduled start date, the client agrees to forfeit 50% of the project’s total sum (the entire 50% deposit) to cover resources and time taken during the project up the point of cancellation.

  • If the project is cancelled by the client once the final file has been approved, the client agrees to forfeit 100% of the project’s total sum.

2. FantasyCoverDesign.com reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel a project at any time and will refund all fees paid.

3. In the case of any cancellation from any party, all designs already created by FantasyCoverDesign.com must be destroyed by the client. The client will retain no rights to the design.
